I bought a crochet kit from Noz, my new favourite shop. Really pleased with how the flamingo turned out. Took a bit longer than I expected but the details were worth it. I did adapt the pattern slightly, mainly the feathers on the wings and the feet, but they look more or less the same as the photo in the instructions.
Now he sits proud on the shelf of the nursery with an old crochet project, the African flower hippo.
